Romania plans to complete two additional CANDU 6 reactors at the existing Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant, adding approximately 1,400 MWe of combined generating capacity. The project is expected to expand the country’s supply of dependable, emissions-free electricity while supporting domestic industry, skilled employment and Romania’s long-term energy objectives.
Fluor is part of the FCSA joint venture engaged by EnergoNuclear under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management agreement.
